Guys, here’s just a quick update about my (almost) daily workout. I’m a frequent visitor of my friend’s gym in Hong Kong, called F45 Functional Training. It’s an Australian brand and concept which promotes the group training and a bit similar to circle trainings. I’m not a morning person, neither my boyfriend. However, we’ve been tough enough to push each other out of the bed at 7.10am. Normally, I start the warmup and stay half-waken-half-asleep even until the first section is done. If it’s a killing Monday, Wednesday or Friday, we will end up by sweating all the way down to toe! Of course, I would be totally waken physically and in mind. In a daily level, I cannot say each time it’s energising me up for the daytime work, because sometimes, I would feel just too tired and just want a nap. However, to keep it as a personal routine makes me stronger physically and also more determined in mind when I’m taking challenges.


不写style搭配,不写游记,今天拉拉家常,说说我在香港的每日(基本上是)workout。我常去的一家是好友从澳洲带回来的品牌,F45 Functional Training。不能算是个普通的健身房吧,这个品牌主打group training的概念,每45分钟一节的training课程包括至少9组不同训练组合,每天的课程设置都会不同。我和男友都不是morning person那一类的,每天早上7点起床实在是地狱般的生活,好在两个人可以“互踹”,尝试把另一个踢下床。一般来说,热身和第一组训练的那十几分钟里,我都处于半醒状态。如果是碰上恶魔周一、三、五的话,45分钟之后,全醒不算,汗流浃背到脚趾头都淌水了。我不敢说这样的训练可以让我每天都精神抖擞,有时直接想把接下来的白天给睡过去!不过,把这样的高强度训练当作生活中的一部分,的确练出来不少线条和力度,最重要的是,面对一些工作上的挑战,心里强大很多!
